Apple puree is the product with capability of attenuation, but the product with capability of attenuation and prepared by means of appropriate processes, such as defecation, kibbling and repulping of edible parts of whole or blubbering fruits without removing of juice and prepared mechanically from healthy, fresh apples without adding any adjuncts and without using of genetically modified resources. Fruits shall be pure, red-ripe and fresh or preserved by means of physical methods or definite processing in accordance with regulations adopted by Committee Codex Alimentarius. For puree preparing are used red-ripe, healthy fruits, not spoiled by rot and invaders. The product doesn`t contained any rind, pips and other hard parts of apples and also other hard substations and spices. The product is not added sugar and also isn`t applied any kind of processes that in any degree change organoleptical or nutritive properties of the product. The process of processing excludes caramelization or other spoiling by heating, whereas puree is sterilized under appropriate high temperature to short maximally amount of revivable gems and to eliminate activity of the product to attenuation.
